DELIVERY

All orders are being shipped from Hong Kong.
If requested, alternate arrangements may be made for services such as 1-day, 2-day, etc. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping and Insurance fees are paid by the customer and will be individually calculated based on the total amount of your order.
Please allow 4-6 working days for delivery.
Working days are Monday through Friday (except for national holidays).
Orders placed on any weekday will be shipped out in 3 working days after payment confirmation.
If an item is no longer available due to a previous sale, I will notify you within 2-3 business day by email.
Currently we are shipping to U.S.A., New Zealand, United Kingdom, Scotland, Ireland, Canada, Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, U.A.E, Russia, Brazil and Mexico.

Gold and precious jewelry cannot be shipped. All gold purchases need to be collected in person.

All jewelry is packed securely for shipping purposes. Shikha S. Lamba Designs is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment process once it leaves us.
