RETURN POLICY

We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers.
Please inspect the product on arrival and notify us within 48 hours of receiving it about any manufacturing or other defect.

We cannot guarantee replacement of a product, since most of our pieces are one of a kind.  
Please email us for a return authorization number and send us the details of the shipping company you have used.  Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Please allow 30 days for the funds to be deposited back to you.  

There will be no refund if the item has been used and worn.  

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling for returns will be paid for by the customer .
Please allow 30 days from the day you return your package for your credit to be issued..
We are not responsible for lost items.

 

PACKAGING
  • Please return the item in its original condition without wear or tear, and in it's original packing (including gift bags if you requested gift wrapping)
  • Pack the item in the box you received it with the bubble wrap in it.
  • Please use a safe and reliable shipping company such as UPS or FedEx or a reliable ground post
